**** HOTEL with a capacity of 40 - 60 double rooms (exact number of rooms and name of the hotel will be specified after signing Confidentiality agreement) is located in demanded tourist destination of South Moravia in proximity of significant tourists targets. Hotel built in 1996 is composed of two parts: a four-storey accommodation building and a two-storey operating section, where are situated a hotel lobby with a reception, a restaurant, conference rooms, kitchen, stores and hotel´s background. Within the hotel complex there is a building of laundry, garage and room for staff. In 2005, a reception, a restaurant and a congress hall was reconstructed and extended. In 2009 there was total renovation of the accommodation part. In 2014 were installed new water pipes in the kitchen, new computer-controlled heating, new bar in restaurant and the construction of the outdoor swimming pool was initiated (completion 07/2014). The Hotel is very well established and maintained; hotel interiors and interiors of rooms are in good shape.

Locality of the Hotel

Břeclav district is lying in the Jihomoravský region (South Moravian Region) and neighbouring with the districts of Znojmo, Brno-venkov, Vyškov and Hodonín. From the south, the district is defined by the border with Austria and from the south-east with Slovakia. The district is especially important thanks to the winery – it´s the highest concentrated wine region in the country. Area of Břeclavsko belongs to the tourist region of Jižní Morava (South Moravia), and also to the tourist area Pálava and Lednice-Valtice area. Landscape of vineyards, floodplain forests and fertile fields is renowned for its rich history, traditions, folklore and numerous of monuments. The uniqueness of the territory proves the fact that in close proximity are located two sites under the protection of UNESCO – Biosphere Reserve Dolní Morava and cultural monument of Lednice-Valtice area which is about 283 km2 of modified landscape with two chateaux, romantic buildings (colonnades, statues, forest temples, small castles, etc.), embedded in the landscape. Lednice-Valtice area, with its historical buildings, landscape architecture, lakes and a network of bicycle paths and tourists sights, is considered the largest man-made territory in Europe.
